Its not so much about where he lives (unless hes still living at home) or how expensive the place is, its about the condition in which he keeps it. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and the arrangement covers everything else. Your pad is going to represent pretty much everything youre about in some way, shape or form. It will show your taste in style, your interests, certain priorities, and how you spend most of your time. Not only will your place showcase your likes, but it also has the potential to expose some of your dislikes without you realizing it. No matter the case, your pad in its ultimate form is a place that you, first and foremost, your boys, and any visiting female can relate to. Your friends and family will be impressed and maybe even a little jealous of your setup, but in a good way. Women will be blown away with it, and began establishing their own sense of comfort there.
